Named after the original architects of Hotel Fort Des Moines, Proudfoot & Bird is a fine dining restaurant that pays homage to the hotel's history. The space features marble tables, hand painted gold ceiling accents, plush seating, and a grand circular bar, with two semi-private dining rooms available.
